This "premium HD video drone with ultra-wide lens and optimal flow technology" drone provided by Walker Wheeler from a 2023 CostCo sale ($50).
it is an Ascend Aeronautics drone model: CT 6483 that self-highlights features such as:

Live video stream
Live video stream, dodging the Android/Iphone app, is apparently available at rtsp://172.16.11.1/live/ch00_1 , however reddit/u/stephengeorgewest determined that using that feed for "viewing in vlc is laggy, there is probably a better real time stream viewer more willing to drop frames."
First Flight:
- Extract the components from the packaging and start charging the battery.
- Download the software (QR Code) on a phone
- Check out the Ascend Aeronautics YouTube for details on how to use the drone.
- Plug battery in Drone and turn the drone ON.
- Drone lights will blink.
- Connect Phone to WiFi network the Drone creates. Password is the numbers (digits) in the WiFi SSID name.
note: might have to reconnect and tell Android to stay connected to this WiFi network without Internet access. - Verify you can see through the drone camera.
- Place drone on flat floor.
- Turn on controller and hopefully it beeps and pairs. If not turn on/off drone controller until sync happens.
- Start recording on phone app.
- Launch drone with either pushing the "launch/land" button on the controller (middle bottom) or pushing control sticks to bottom left/right hand/corner respectively and launch it yourself.
- Fly around, don't crash, press the "launch/land" button to have it plop back down on ground.
